The Production Assembly Role is a first shift, frontline manufacturing role. This position will be located within the Zinga, Filtration Group facility in Reedsburg, WI.


This position performs the tasks associated with element assembly which include pleating, seaming, banding, element assembly, canning, silk screening, and packaging. Under direction of senior level personnel, each operator completes assigned process steps in compliance with corresponding safety, productivity, and quality standards.


  • To perform any of the various assembly functions as assigned by the team lead or production supervisor.
  • Works in quality conscious and safe manner.
  • Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.
  • Advise supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.
  • Maintain daily product and scrap records.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the team lead or production supervisor.
  • Keeps work stations, tools, and surrounding area clean and organized.
  • Any other duties as required by management.
  • Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.
  • Understand and embrace Filtration Group’s Culture.



Skills and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to read, write, and count.
  • Good hand eye coordination. Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work sitting or standing for up to 8 hours.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • 0-2 years of experience required.
