Demonstrable ability with sense of motivation operate all equipment in the assigned production unit. Monitor and ensure overall production and relatable movement with adherence to safety, compliance, and efficiency standards. Builds Assembly equipment/Compression tunnels as needed. Performs set-ups, adjustments, preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment. Ensures optimal production and quality output of assigned equipment. Trouble shoot operational challenges and provide back-up as needed.

This is an Industrial Manufacturing work environment where it is hot and employees are often exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels. Employee are exposed to hazardous equipment daily and are required to wear mandatory PPE.
