Responsibilities

Produce a high quality product based on work instruction and inspection criteria given, in a safe and timely manner while focusing on assisting supervision to continuously improve the company’s manufacturing ability to conform to customer delivery, quality, production, and cost requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand all work orders and job instructions.
  • Learn and understand all product requirements and inspect for quality.
  • Understand the safety features of each work station and how to safely operate them.
  • Complete all paperwork properly.
  • Ability to lift resin on top of machine to load.
  • Clean machine and work area at end of shift.
  • Apply 5S in your immediate work area and throughout the department.
  • Professionally communicate between co-workers and supervision on status of machine.
  • Perform shift overlap duties.
  • Understand use and care of weight scales, calipers and other measurement devices.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ work experience in related field a plus 
  • Must be able to read, write, and count.
  •  Good hand eye coordination. Good communication skills
  •  Must be able to work sitting or standing for up to 8 hours.
  • Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.
