Our operational support team has an immediate opening for a Programmer Analyst/Developer. The successful candidate will offer support to our executive, manufacturing and order fulfillment teams for a wide variety of critical software applications. The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for monitoring daily processes, developing programs and/or applications to meet the user needs and business requirements as well as responsible for coding, testing and implementing programs or applications. The Programmer Analyst/Developer will also develop custom scripts and applications based on our project priority list, test applications regularly, create software patches for older platforms and perform routine maintenance on all our legacy systems.



  • Monitor and provide support to the production processing order environment.
  • Monitor, respond and resolve tickets and issues submitted by users.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software
  • Collaborate in team environment and independently with consultants, business partners and IT teams on projects, support, application development and standardization
  • Document, Resolve and improve reported end user /stakeholder issues and/or problems through collaboration in a cross-functional team environment
  • Implement high quality, scalable and extendable solutions using MS Office, Azure/IIS(Web) and other applications while adhering to established best practices
  • Ensure quality assurance activities are completed, including technical reviews and code documentation
  • Analyze requests for change, code, and test new functionality, create technical design documents, unit test, and implementation plans, and code and test new functionality and/or processes.
  • Utilize best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, application security, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Assist non-technical staff in resolving problems
  • Performs other duties as assigned.





  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical / business field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years programing/analysis experience in a commercial environment
  • Familiarity and understanding of VBA/VBScript/Microsoft Office Automation (MS Access/Excel)
  • Understanding of desktop and web application development in MS Visual Studio /.NET/Azure
  • Ability to read, code and debug/troubleshoot SQL, stored procedures and database scripts using Microsoft SQL Server/Azure
  • Proven Experience with Microsoft SQL, VBA, C# and object-oriented design
  • Use of APIs and third-party web services and platforms
  • Understanding of application security concepts
  • A strong familiarity with general database and SDLC concepts
  • Excellent complex problem solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
