We are seeking an Information Technology Business Partner – Oracle (ITPB) to join our IT team at our largest global facility in Fairburn, GA. This role will rely heavily on world-class analytical capabilities and business acumen coupled with an ability to quickly develop and help implement identified improvement opportunities. We expect this role to have a continuous improvement mindset and to help drive this culture throughout the organization. The position will report to the Director of Business Information Systems.

Essential Job Function

  • Vendor Management: serve as a liaison between the internal end user and the external support partners.
  • Serve as a Business Partner:
    • Improve the operational processes related to the Oracle ERP System.
    • Work with department managers (Quality, Finance, Manufacturing) and guide them on Oracle best practices to improve productivity leading to achieving their business goals.
    • As part of the wider Application Services team, proactively interact with business leaders and other team members to improve core business practices.

Technical Skills

  • Oracle EBS Support including how the following interacts: Finance & Costing, Item Master, Purchasing, Production, Sales etc. Advanced Manufacturing – Lot Management, Multi-level Bills of Material
  • Report creation skills using tools such as Oracle, SSRS, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, PowerApps, etc


Experience, Education, Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years working within a global manufacturing organization, in an IT function.
  • 7+ years of ERP based project management experience.
  • Experience in dealing with business users with differing levels of knowledge (executive staff, project sponsors, subject matter experts, end users)
  • Experience in delivering training on complex topics.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them to formalized design specifications.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Experience in basic technical support & data management services.
  • Proficient Excel with an ability to analyze and structure the raw data.
