Overview

The Assembler will utilize various hand tools, assemble components to produce separator systems.  May use a router to spin weld plastic fittings to larger components.  Job assignment may require filling bags or drums with heavy filtration media.  Boxing and palletizing of product is required.  This position requires heavy lifting.  Use of a hand pallet jack is required. 

 

Currently this position starts at $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions for product assembly
  • Ability to use basic hand tools including drill motor, router, wrenches and screwdrivers.
  • Willingness to utilize job rotation and be willing to work in multiple production areas as business needs dictate.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to work at a standard pace without direct supervision
  • Possess good physical stamina and coordination.  Will be required to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting and reaching.
  • Possess history of good attendance
  • Ability to wear an N95 mask as necessary when working in dusty conditions
  • Ability to organize and maintain a clean work environment
  • Ability to read and understand Bill of Material (BOM)

 

 

Education / Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
