CNC Break Press Press Operator with experience running machines, making minor program alterations, managing tools and running production while maintaining quality standards. The immediate opening is for 40+ hours per week on our night shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00PM - 6:30AM. Candidate must pass drug test.

Essential Functions / Duties

• Preform tool changes according to tooling setup sheet.
• Able to set-up tooling, load programs and set machine parameters
• Knowledge of selecting proper die clearances based on material requirements.
• Preform secondary operation on punched parts when needed while machine is running.
• Requires fast paced environment work with frequently changing priorities.
• Basic ability to read Shop Drawings, math skills and process information and record all data.
• Perform both visual and dimensional inspections to quality standards.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate, read and comprehend information effectively.
• Great level of attention and detail is required for quality standards.
• Follow proper procedures and instructions to ensure quality and safety.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in metal fabrication, CNC experience preferred
• Must be safety conscious with good housekeeping skills
• High School Diploma or GED, high aptitude with math
• 1-5 years’ experience as Turret Punch Press Operator
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to use measurement instruments, and to read and understand blueprints required Computer skills preferred
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with quality assurance personnel
