The eCommerce Channel Manager is responsible for the management of our online sales channels and strategies. This includes driving customer engagement, increasing site conversion rate and supporting our overall mission of growth.




  • Collaborate with internal team to design, develop and implement digital ecommerce projects for our various sales channels.
  • Build optimization plan for increasing customer engagement and conversion rates by ensuring website content is relevant and accurate.
  • Create and execute strategies for content marketing, SEO/SEM
  • Research and implement traffic generation strategies through SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, Email and other methods.
  • Deliver results while adjusting to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Identify trends in the market, marketing best practices to influence consumer behavior, and identify technology that helps find new ways to capitalize on the ever-changing landscape.
  • Review competitive sites/data for best practice analysis. Benchmark effective sites, channels, and methods.
  • Track key performance indicators, interpreting trends, and drawing conclusions to make actionable recommendations to drive sales.
  • Work closely with agency partners to launch new initiatives and maintain on-going projects.


Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business, marketing, sales, analytics)

Familiar with sales, planning, marketing and category management practices.

Understanding of eCommerce best practices.

Strong analytic skills. 

Analyze complex business issues and determine appropriate action.
