The Changeout Technician is responsible for in-field air filter change outs on telecommunication/telephone equipment for our top customers. The Changeout Technician will report into the Telecom Aftermarket Sales and Services Team and be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional, and reliable service to major telecom service providers throughout the US. The role involves traveling throughout the USA to perform equipment surveys and change out used air filters on Telecom hardware such as routers, switches, and servers. The Changeout Technician will interact directly with customers to understand unmet needs, new equipment, and solicit feedback while on-site performing work.
