Facet is looking for a IT Analyst based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

 

IT Analyst responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

 

It will support the Company’s Vision by utilizing our Trust, Bias For Action, and Entrepreneurial Cultural Attributes.   

 

 

 

Responsibilities

About the Role: 

IT Analyst

 

Coordinate and Provide support for day-to-day helpdesk escalation issues, including computer hardware, software, phone, and other technology for Facet’s US-based organization, including remote and on-site support as appropriate.

  • Coordinate and Provide issues with backbone infrastructure (switches, firewalls, etc.)
  • Maintain maximum availability of critical IT systems.
  • Experiencing installing, testing, and supporting network structured cabling.
  • Liaison & maintain a close working relationship with Filtration Group IT leadership and team members.
  • Plan and execute system and software upgrades as necessary.Analyzing current IT systems, architectures, and processes.
  • Identifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company's IT framework.
  • Designing IT solutions and solving issues effectively.
  • Executing well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve company efficiencies.
  • Maintaining robust systems processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Developing new IT methods and solutions for the business.
  • Reporting issues, advances made, and other important information to stakeholders.
  • Advising management on weak points, avenues for improvement, and risks in the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Strategizing with other key stakeholders on how to best align IT systems with company objectives.
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
  • Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
  • Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
  • Gather feedback from end users about system performance
  • Plan and oversee projects (e.g., upgrades, hardware/software installations)
  • Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

 

Physical Demands

 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
    • Sit for prolonged periods.
    • Work on computer hardware stored at ground level under desks.
    • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexible work hours.
    • Occasionally requiring safely working from elevated platforms such as ladders, man-lifts, and scaffolding.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience: 

IT Analyst

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business information systems, information technology, or a related field.
  • Manufacturing/ERP or experience in a similar service organization is highly preferred.
  • At least four years of experience in an IT-related position.
  • Knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, and data security.
  • Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems.
  • Experience with RPA, PowerBI development, support and management preferred
  • At least four years of experience in an IT-related position.
  • Knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, and data security.
  • Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems.
