Position Summary:
The Manager – Marketing, Universal Air Filter and Columbus Industries will have overall Marketing responsibility for both Universal Air Filter (UAF) and Columbus Industries. Both UAF and Columbus are part of the Indoor Air Quality organization of Filtration Group. This role will service the two businesses as needs require, with a target of 50%-50% time allocation in any given year. The role will report through UAF for coordination and consistency purposes. This manager must be a “working leader” and will be a self-motivated individual contributor with experience managing third-party resources to help build and deliver upon the Marketing strategies of both Columbus and UAF. She/he will also be accountable for ensuring the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives. The person in this role will be an entrepreneurial individual whom is a strong collaborator and can thrive in a cross-functional environment where prioritization is critical. We are a results-focused organization with critical deadlines and expectations of a bias for action.

Physical Demands:
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. The person in this position needs to frequently move about inside the building to access other offices, meeting rooms, and equipment in the facility. The person in this position frequently communicates with vendors, and co¬workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
