Overview

Purafil is a global leader in gas phase air filtration systems designed to protect people, processes, and environments. We're dedicated to innovation and growth, and we're seeking a motivated Innovation Project Manager Intern to support our innovation initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving innovation projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Innovation Project Management Intern will report directly the VP of Product Management & Innovation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

 

  • Assist in developing the innovation pipeline for Purafil by conducting market research, gathering Voice of the Customer insights, and ideating new product innovations.
  • Support the development of the Clean Air as a Service (CAS) Product Roadmap under the guidance of the VP of Product Management & Innovation.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy, define requirements, and guide projects through the development process.
  •  Champion data-driven decision making by leveraging insights to inform product decisions, analyze key performance metrics, and drive progress on the innovation roadmap.
  •  Support comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market trends, contributing to the product management innovation pipeline.
  •  Assist in developing go-to-market plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches.

Qualifications

  •  Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, innovation management, engineering, operations).
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills.
  •  Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  •  Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
