Overview

Purafil is a global leader in gas phase air filtration systems designed to protect people, processes, and environments. We're seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, market analysis, and strategic planning. The Product Management Intern will report directly the VP of Product Management & Innovation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  •  Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to identify key players, market trends, and potential threats and opportunities.
  •  Assess the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products relative to our own offerings.
  • Identify gaps in our product portfolio based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize opportunities and develop strategies to address identified gaps.
  •  Make market-based pricing recommendations for existing and new products, considering factors such as value proposition, competitive positioning, and target market.
  •  Support the development of business cases for new product initiatives, including revenue projections, cost estimates, and ROI analysis.
  •  Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  •  Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications

Desired skills and experiences:

 

  •  Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
  •  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  •  Prior experience in market research or product management is a plus, but not required.
