Filtration Group is looking for an ERP Business Analyst.  The role is imperative to the success of our North America and Europe ERP users.  Your skills will be needed to work with end users to evaluate challenges and generate effective solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Requires critical thinking, troubleshooting, validation testing, write-ups, and professional communication both internally and externally.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the following areas:
    • Sales Order Entry
    • Price lists
    • Picking Tickets
    • Allocations
    • Shipping
    • Invoicing
    • Ecommerce Platforms
  • Provide end-user assistance, troubleshooting application or technical issues, and ensuring effective solutions and support continuity
  • Analyze requested changes and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions, work with technical team as needed to implement solutions.
  • Actively participate in QAD application projects, both regionally and globally
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create policies and procedures to support the QAD ERP system
  • Conduct targeted QAD training sessions to elevate end-user competency and familiarity with QAD
  • Serve as a liaison between business personnel and technical resources, facilitating effective communication and solution development
  • Assist with ERP software upgrades and new site implementations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Analysis or related area
  • 2+ years of recent experience working with QAD ERP
  • 3+ years of Filtration Group experience preferred
  • Knowledge of collaboration software, MS Teams or Monday.com
  • Demonstrated knowledge of functional areas within QAD
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-motivated & task oriented
  • Professional ‘can do’ attitude and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Desire to learn new skills/ willingness to learn
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Customer Oriented
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred
  • Approved for domestic and international travel. Available to travel up to 25%, or more, during projects
