The Director of Growth will support the Con-Air business unit.  This role will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader who can develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of conversion optimization, media buying, user experience, and site operations and will have a proven track record in driving significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Be a cultural champion demonstrating trust, a bias for action and entrepreneurship
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize and operate revenue channels to achieve target revenue growth           
  • Create CRO process to facilitate rapid testing to identify wins that drive revenue including roadmap, hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring and recommendations
  • Manage multi-million dollar acquisition budget to garner positive ROI for DTC channel
  • Develop acquisition media plan across both paid and performance marketing channels
  • Manage DTC channel P&L ensuring achievement of revenue KPIs
  • Oversee the UX team to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms that drives results
  • Manage website operations to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Develop & optimize comprehensive sales funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead affiliate marketing efforts to expand the company’s reach and revenue streams
  • Oversee CRM strategies to nurture and grow customer relationships
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and manage retention marketing campaigns to improve customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales
  • Implement re-targeting strategies to convert potential customers
  • Map and optimize the customer decision journey to enhance conversion rates
  • Utilize customer segmentation techniques to target and engage specific customer groups
  • Develop strategies for building an engaging target audience
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to achieve marketing goals
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership to drive growth and expansion

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing role with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
  • Expertise in conversion optimization, media buying, UX and site operations
  • Strong understanding of funnel creation, affiliate marketing, CRM, social media, and retention marketing
  • Proficiency in email marketing, re-targeting, CDJ, customer segmentation, and audience building
  • Experience in influencer marketing, project management, team development, pricing, and MARTECH
  • Ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships and loyalty programs
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in analyzing website data and insights using tools like Google Analytics 4, HotJar/Smartlook, VWO and various ad platforms
