We are seeking an experienced  and highly motivated Distributor Acquisition Specialist to  identify, evaluate, and secure new distribution partners to expand our company’s market reach. Reporting to VP of Regional Distribution this individual will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the western half of the US with up 60% travel expected.

• Develop and Implement Acquisition Strategies: Create and execute plans to attract and onboard new distributors.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential distribution partners and understand market dynamics.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads for potential distributors.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential distributors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth integration of new distributors.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors to ensure they meet company standards and objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on acquisition activities and outcomes to senior management.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven success in sales, business development, and distributor management. Experience with filtration products a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze market data and distributor performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
