The Sr. Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the safety programs across all US and Mexico facilities. This role will ensure compliance with safety regulations, drive continuous improvement in safety culture, and implement initiatives that minimize workplace hazards, reduce accidents, and ensure the wellbeing of all employees. The Sr. Safety Manager will work closely with plant managers, health and safety teams, human resources and senior leadership to create and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs while aligning with both local and international regulatory standards.
Location: Must be willing to be onsite either at our facility in Joliet IL or York SC.

Work is performed in an office as well as in a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands. Employees are exposed to hazardous equipment daily and are required to wear mandatory PPE while in the manufacturing environment.
