We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, market growth, and customer engagement across Healthcare, Medical Technology, and Life Sciences sectors.

Responsibilities

Market Understanding & Customer Insights

  • Conduct detailed market mapping across Clinical Diagnostics, Medical Technology, and BioProcessing sectors.
  • Analyze customer behaviors, competitor engagement strategies, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain target customer lists for top 30 Clinical Diagnostics, Medical Technology, and BioProcessing

 Marketing Plan Execution

  • Develop and execute value propositions and outbound messaging across a portfolio of 5+ custom solutions with applications in filtration, wicking, absorption, and separation.
  • Drive key marketing initiatives:
    • Outbound email campaigns
    • Inside sales collaboration (TeleBiz partnership)
    • Webinars and digital programs
    • Sales team training for customer messaging delivery
    • Tradeshow strategy and execution across NA and EMEA

 

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop segmentation models to optimize audience reach and engagement.
  • Create and execute programs to leverage customer advocates for testimonials, case studies, and references.
  • Use customer insights to guide incremental demand strategies and optimize marketing impact.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to drive alignment and shared goals.

Customer Engagement

  • Partner with Sales teams for customer-facing interactions and capabilities presentations.
  • Oversee tradeshow planning and ensure technical content aligns with customer needs.
  • Identify impactful webinar opportunities to showcase Porex’s solutions with industry advocates.
  • Prioritize focus as 70:30 between Americas and EMEA markets with 25%–30% travel.

 

Qualifications

Core Competencies

  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Clinical Diagnostics, Medical Technology, and BioProcessing markets, including customer behaviors, beliefs, and engagement strategies.
  • Demand Generation: Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design segmentation models, customer advocacy programs, and data-driven strategies for sustained growth.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at partnering with Sales, Product Development, and Regional Teams to align objectives and deliver results.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and storytelling through data.

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand generation campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Strong experience in market research and analysis, both primary and secondary.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 30%.
