We are seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee and manager all human resources functions within our manufacturing site in Fairburn, GA. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations. The HR Director will lead recruitment efforts, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives to support operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
