Summary – Customer Service Representative:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be based in Mineral Wells, TX and will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. At Jonell Systems, CSR’s are responsible for sales support activities while also working to optimize customer and sales team communication.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and focused on deliverables that help the organization better serve our customer base. He or she will be able to communicate effectively while working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The CSR will provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inquiries received.
