We are looking for a Receiving/Transfer clerk to join our team. We focus on driving exceptional customer service by providing the highest quality at the lowest price, with the quickest delivery. The Receiving/Transfer clerk will support this mission utilizing our Trust, Bias for Action and Entrepreneurial Cultural Attributes.

 

Responsibilities

Receiving Responsibilities:

  • Load/unload trucks
  • Receiving inspection per MC-all incoming materials production & non-production-verify dimensions, counts and labeling
  • Receive RGA’s
  • Manage overflow materials in building 2, building 3 and containers
  • Put received materials up to assigned bin locations
  • Stock material per FIFO
  • Transfer materials physically and in MC to/from buildings
  • Cycle counts
  • Package/ raw materials that come in bulk into smaller quantities
  • Pulling and packaging parts going to outsource vendors
  • Deliver and pick up outsource parts to local vendor(s)
  • Receive service (shoppas etc…), local pick-up supplies (Breckenridge, Mineral Wells, lab…) and drop ship purchase orders.
  • Fuel trucks as needed
  • Deliver scrap to scrap yard as needed
  • Cycle count and receive consignment materials
  • Forklift certified
  • Box truck certified
  • Other tasks required by manager or supervisor

 

Transfer Responsibilities:

 

  • Load/unload trucks
  • Prepare deliver finished goods to transfer to shipping
  • Coordinate with shipping on staging location in B3
  • Verify finished goods are in inventory in bin TRANSIT
  • Complete the Transfer log
  • Transfer items ready for Tri shield from MH
  • Bring back empty smart carts and counting tools
  • Assist MH with Tri shield kits as needed
  • Pull & stock raw materials to & from B2 and B3 as needed
  • Forklift certified
  • Box truck certified

  • Other measuring devices as needed
  • Box Knife
  • Counting Scales
  • Computer and I-Pad
  • Accountmate & MC
  • Scale & wrapping machine

 

Qualifications: 

  •  Ability to read and follow instructions
  • Ability to use tools provided
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Valid current driver’s license

 

Physical Demands: 

  •  Lifting up to 50
  • Climbing on and off forklift
  • Climbing up and down ladders
  • Standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing, twisting, bending & sitting
  • Pushing mobile carts
  • Flexible work schedule
