We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager who will oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring that all aspects of the process are operating efficiently, effectively, and within plan for FG Automotive North America. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6 buyers across three manufacturing sites (Des Plaines IL, Brookville OH, and San Luis Potosi Mexico); and managing and optimizing the supply chain from procurement to delivery, and ensuring that products are delivered on time, at the right cost, and with the right quality.
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader with a diverse supply chain operations background with engineered products. This person will need to have strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced organization. In addition to exceptional and inspirational leadership, the successful candidate must have a "roll-up your sleeves" bias for action attitude – this is a working manager role.
