Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within key markets. This role will focus on executing the sales revenue plan, developing strategic partnerships, and uncovering growth potential in targeted vertical markets to expand our market presence and drive long-term success. The ideal candidate will excel at meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions to diverse stakeholders.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLIITIES:

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, Mechanical Contractors, and End Users
  • Conduct technical presentations demonstrating the value of our filtration systems
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
  • Analyze customer needs and collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure proper service and delivery
  • Travel domestically to drive opportunities and secure new business – up to 50% travel
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Results driven with a bias for action
  • 4-year degree in engineering/technical field or equivalent relevant experience preferred
  • 3-5 years minimum proven sales experience in end user/EPC sales required
  • Experience with CRM – Salesforce preferred
  • Proven track record of “hunting” mentality to drive double digit growth in selected verticals
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of successfully increasing territory sales volume
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure
