Overview

Flow Dry Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Brookville, Ohio. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role—ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving complex problems, and is dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

While this is not a leadership position, it is a highly visible and impactful role. You’ll collaborate daily with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service teams to drive improvements, resolve issues, and ensure that every product we deliver meets or exceeds customer expectations.

  • Maintain and support our IATF 16949 Quality Management System
  • Maintain and support our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Manage quality documentation, including PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Internal Audits
  • Serve as a key contact for customer quality issues and support external audit preparation
  • Track and report quality performance metrics (scrap, rework, complaints)
  • Support new product launches and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate daily with production and engineering to resolve quality concerns in real time

Responsibilities

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC
  • Familiarity with Customer-Specific Requirements and Audit Readiness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); knowledge of quality software a plus
