The Sales Manager – Custom Products role is responsible for leadership, commercial excellence, and key account management for the high growth vertical of Custom Products at UAF. This role is tasked with developing and driving effective hunting strategies in a wide array of verticals and applications spanning industrial, medical, EV Charging, energy storage and outdoor enclosures. The role is 50% people leader and 50% individual contributor. This role is heavily focused on hunting, prospecting, coaching, as well as building out and executing UAF new business funnel. Responsible for cross functional partnership with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. This role has responsibility over global sales for Custom Products.
