Flow Dry Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Brookville, Ohio. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role—ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving complex problems, and is dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Maintain and support our IATF 16949 Quality Management System
Maintain and support our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
Manage and maintain quality documentation, including PPAPs, Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Internal Audits
Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality issues and support external audit preparation
Track and report key quality metrics (scrap, rework, customer complaints)
Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
Work cross-functionally with Production and Engineering to resolve real-time quality concerns
What you Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive strongly preferred)
Working knowledge of:
IATF 16949
ISO 14001
APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC
Familiarity with Customer-Specific Requirements and Audit Readiness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); quality software knowledge a plus
