The Sales Operations and Enablement Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, alignment, and performance across the sales organization and channel partner network. This role supports both our direct sales team and distributor/representative partners by optimizing processes, tools, reporting, and training to increase revenue and improve sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of how to enable front-line sales success in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Manage and improve CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting, funnel visibility, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting for internal teams and channel partners.
  • Support territory management, quota setting, and account assignment processes to align resources with opportunity.
  • Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve efficiency across quoting, order management, and lead follow-up.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, customer support, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage projects that address customer issues and complaints to improve customer, sales team, and channel network experiences.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and deliver onboarding, product training, and sales skill programs for both internal salespeople and channel partners.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, value propositions, and competitive positioning materials tailored to manufacturing customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to equip the field with up-to-date collateral, case studies, and technical resources.
  • Support channel partner engagement through joint business planning, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular sales meetings and partner workshops to share best practices, new product updates, and success stories.
  • Assess sales performance data to identify skill gaps and provide targeted enablement support.

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or sales management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience working with independent sales representatives, distributors, or channel partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates a learning mindset and a high degree of intellectual curiosity about the business.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Work Enviroment

This is a remote (or hybrid position if in Atlanta) that will require occasional travel to headquarters, trade shows, or customer sites. The employee will be required to manage his/her workspace within their home. The work area must look professional, no offensive language or art in background/ camera frame, and free from disruptions. This role frequently engages in video calls with partners, the area should represent the values of Purafil, or a virtual background may be used. Professional and business casual clothing must be worn to look presentable on all calls. Employee must be present online during their scheduled work hours.
