Overview

Enginner QA  reporting to Manager to keep documented information in place and close gray zones on the manufacturing process, such as, activities on process audits, manufacturing documentation, and keep records as evidence to strengthen the quality system

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and controls visual aids and visual inspection criteria for quality criteria.
  • Be main point of contact along with product engineering to request the most recent artwork, drawings and specifications from customers.
  • Review, ask for corrections and validate the changes on the spec sheets.
  • Follow up and support Quality Inspectors in inspection activities.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with the guidelines of internal work regulations.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements of management system.
  • Quotes for QC dept.
  • Internal audits.
  • Customer complaints effectiveness evaluation.
  • Follow up on NCM material at QCHOLD location.
  • Follow up on the implementation of Management System.
  • Report any anomaly detected.
  • Support to other departments as required.
  • Decision making in a timely manner.
  • Make up dates on JDE for QC Hold material ins and outs
  • Back up Coordinator for ISO, GMP, Social Audits or any other type of Audits
  • Completes forms for procedures, work instructions, and form changes
  • Provides support and guidance to QC Assistants
  • Supports on new projects and process and product changes.

Qualifications

Requirements to fill the position

 

  • High School Diploma.
  • English: Bilingual.
