- 4+ years of recent experience in a purchasing or supply chain role
- MUST HAVE: PROCUREMENT, SOURCING, AND SUPPLIER NEGOTIATION EXPERIENCE
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, relationship building, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and total cost of ownership principles required. Ability to work independently, seek guidance when required and drive projects in a matrix environment. Continuous improvement mindset. Positive communications skill, high energy level and a desire to succeed are all integral to the role
- Understanding of demand planning, materials management and quality assurance and systems in a production setting
- Analytical, ability to review and interpret data and make recommendations and decisions
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of materials
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including, but not limited to pivot tables, v-look ups, charts, and graphs)
- Ability to manage multiple projects working independently and on global teams
- Flexible, learns quickly, adapt to changing needs with the varying priorities of the organization
- Ability to problem solve and lead others in problem-solving activities
- High integrity and ethics, ensures confidentiality of all pricing strategies for the organization
- ERP knowledge and experience preferred
Salary Range: $85,000-$112000 annually , Eligible for annual performance bonus.
