Overview

Design, implement, and strengthen internal communication and organizational culture strategies that foster employee engagement, align employees with the company's values, and promote a positive work environment. Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels of the organization while driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen a sense of belonging, and support the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the internal communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, edit, and distribute internal communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital displays, newsletters, Teams, and social platforms).
  • Ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand identity across all internal communications.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
  • Lead communication plans for organizational changes, new programs, and business updates.
  • Measure employee engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage internal communication calendars and content plans.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, EHS, Leadership, and other departments to communicate key initiatives.
  • Support onboarding communications and employer branding activities.
  • Coordinate company events, town halls, leadership meetings, and employee celebrations.
  • Develop presentations, videos, graphics, and communication materials.
  • Maintain and update communication channels to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor communication metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Experience with graphic design and communication tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
