We are seeking a Process Quality Engineer (PQE) to join our rotational program, offering exposure to Operations and Quality, followed by a choice between a Production Planning, or Production Supervisor role for the final rotation. This immersive program allows you to gain hands-on experience across key functions, ultimately preparing you for a non-rotational role in the company upon completion of three rotations (up to 24 months).

Responsibilities

  1. Operations – Process Engineer
  • Drive process improvements and ensure manufacturing methods enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and reduce waste.
  • Manage and document process validations, equipment installation, and manufacturing method improvements.
  • Support operations with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing variability and improving throughput.

  1. Quality - Quality Engineer
  • Work closely with the Quality Department to enhance quality systems and ensure products meet internal and external specifications.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools to resolve customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support quality-related projects aimed at improving product consistency, reducing defects, and increasing overall product quality.
  • Lead or support quality initiatives to improve existing test methods and invest in new testing technology to increase inspection efficiency

  1. Production Planner or Production Supervisor (Final Rotation)
  • Lead a production department, overseeing day-to-day operations, safety, and quality.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and mentor frontline staff to achieve goals.
  • Develop and maintain a production schedule to meet customer demand; review customer request date, lead times, and production schedule dates.
  • Analyze capacity models and recommend staffing, efficiency, or engineering solutions to optimize throughput and address any constraints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • New graduates or those with up to 2 years of postgraduate experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality systems in production environments. (Hands-on experience is a plus but not required.)

  • Foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Six Sigma, and team-based problem-solving; candidates with coursework or internship experience in these areas are preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive results beyond individual contributor responsibilities.
