The ideal candidate will have experience of operating a range of machinery and be able to work independently to ensure production goals are met.

We at FILTRAN are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience of operating a range of machinery and be able to work independently to ensure production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines for operation according to job order specifications.

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines as needed to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot problems with machines and make minor repairs as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and ensure timely production.

Machine Operator – 2^nd Shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to communicate in English as well as read instructions in English.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
