Overview

This open position is for FILTRAN SAN LUIS POTOSI- Adress: Eje Central 208, Parque Industrial Logistik, Villa de Reyes, S.L.P.

 

Coordinate and execute key Human Resources activities to ensure efficient talent management, compliance with internal policies and applicable labor legislation, and a positive employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and the integration process for new employees
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, personnel changes, and employment records.
  • Support the administration of payroll, attendance incidents, vacations, leave requests, disabilities, and benefits.
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluation programs.
  • Monitor HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, and training.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to Human Resources policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Participate in organizational climate, internal communications, employee well-being, and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal regulations, and applicable labor laws.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management and propose improvement opportunities for HR processes.
  • Suggested Performance Indicators: Time to Fill Vacancies, Employee Turnover Rate, Absenteeism Rate, Training Program Compliance, Orgabizational Climate & Employee Satisfaction Results.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience:2–4 years of experience in generalist Human Resources functions, preferably in industrial or corporate environments.
  • Languages:English Language.
  • Qualifications and desired skills:Labor law and personnel administration, Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, Compensation and benefits, Training and Organizational development. HR metrics and KPI management.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, Knowledge of PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Abilities:Effective communication and active listening, Organizational skills and attention to detail, Confidentiality and professional integrity, Service-oriented mindset, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Teamwork, Conflict management and interpersonal skills, Results-oriented mindset.
