The Regional Sales Operations Manager (SOM) supports the Commercial teams that make up the Filtration Group Industrial (FGI) Business Unit. The Regional SOM collaborates with the Sales Directors of the respective businesses to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction in sales activities such as commercial targets, operational process management improvement and funnel management.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional SOM will analyze sales data to leverage efficiency in sales and operational process to help achieve business and business unit revenue goals.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Clear Edge’s objectives.
