As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customers receive excellent service and support. You will help train and coach representatives, manage customer escalations, and track customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

He/She will be responsible for the quality and delivery of Record to Report (RTR) processes for all functional areas of the business including marketing, manufacturing and G&A. Activities include, but not limited to month end closing, account reconciliations, corporate reporting schedules, controls, audit remediation, and ongoing support for the CFO. Provide reliable and timely financial information for decision-making. Lead process improvement from project concept to execution, using analytical skills, lean six sigma, standardization, and automation tools. Develop and coach team members for personal and professional growth. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, controls, and company policies. Ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of broader business goals and KPI targets.

The Manufacturing Engineer performs a variety of mechanical and electrical engineering work in the planning and design of products, tools, machines, and manufacturing processes. You will work with other engineering disciplines in the development of new processes to increase production quality and efficiency. You will provide production support through the resolution of equipment related issues for purchased or in-house manufactured tooling.
