The Senior Director of Accounting and Finance is the top Finance leadership role for the business, reporting to the Con-Air President and supporting the business in all matter related to accounting and finance. This role will be a team-focused accounting leader, with a strong desire to develop individuals, manage Accounting and Financial Controls and lead process improvements that enable the business to focus on what matters most. The Senior Director of Accounting and Finance will leverage their deep knowledge of accounting to lead continuous improvement of accounting controls, adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining appropriate accounting policies, processes, systems, tools, and IT infrastructure to meet financial reporting requirements and to remain compliant.

The Distribution Manager will oversee all shipments for both truckload and web orders. He/she will be responsible for all compliance criteria set forth by all customers. This will include all electronic communications to customers (ASN’s, ARN’s etc). He/she will be responsible for reporting on key metrics that are identified. In addition, he/she will be responsible for inventory control and cycle counting of Mercy Drive location.
