The Director of Operations will report to the VP of Operations and will lead/direct the production activities at the Nowata, OK site. This is a strategic role to drive growth.   The ideal candidate will be highly organized and focused on deliverables that add value to the organization. This person will have experience with a full range of fabrication and assembly activities including EHS, project management, engineering, welding, related supply chain, quality practices and use of sub-fabricators relating to pressure vessels and skidded systems. This person must be able to work at both a strategic level (generating new ideas for fabrication efficiency and cost reductions) and at the tactical level (executing on the order book, performance coaching etc.).
