This position will be located within the Zinga - Filtration Group facility in Reedsburg, WI.  Position Summary – Product Assembly This position performs the tasks associated with production and assembly which include pleating, seaming, banding, element assembly, canning, silk screening, packaging as well as various machine operations including trim press, and port & stem. This position also performs the tasks associated with final assembly which include assembling various products. The employee in this position will be cross trained in different segments of the floor with the overall goal of having a good, general working knowledge of each segmented area, based on the needs of the customer, and the schedule of production. Under the direction of our team leads and the production manager, the employee will complete assigned steps in compliance with corresponding safety, productivity, and quality standards.
