The Human Resources Manager will be the talent champion for our Porex Foam team. This role will partner with the leadership team on strategy as we look to grow the business, as well as own the essential tactical HR actions for operating a small manufacturing site. He/she will be responsible for all compliance criteria set forth by all customers. This will include all electronic communications to customers (ASN’s, ARN’s etc). He/she will be responsible for reporting on key metrics that are identified. In addition, he/she will be responsible for inventory control and cycle counting of Mercy Drive location.
