Position Summary:
This position performs the tasks associated with production and assembly which include pleating, seaming, banding, element assembly, canning, silk screening, packaging as well as various machine operations including trim press, and port & stem. The Applications Engineer serves as a crucial link between sales managers/customers and the Product Development Engineering (PDE) team. A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for handling the production maintenance department. This includes a small team of skilled maintenance technicians and toolmakers in a union shop environment. This position directly reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This is a half supervisor role and half hands-on and technical troubleshooting role.
The supervisor role includes interfacing with the team about overtime, shift schedules, work to be performed, documentation, parts ordering, and contractor/project management. The other half of the role is maintaining & repairing the production equipment, Facility systems, and (on occasion) facility grounds. This role is in constant interaction with Manufacturing Engineers and Production Management to ensure that all work is performed on a timely basis and in an efficient and safe manner. This position will also be involved with improvement activities from capital projects to product launches, lean, and kaizen events.

The Global Filter Accounts Payable Specialist will be based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for providing routine accounting and bookkeeping functions pertaining to accounts payable. They play a pivotal role in Global Filter’s success by working to establish and minimize financial risks to the company, maintaining records on vendors, matching vendor invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents. The Accounts Payable Specialist will have a strong understanding of the Global Filter accounting practices, bookkeeping functions, accounts payable processes, and the payment lifecycle.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to lead and manage the design, implementation, communication, and coordination of all environmental, health and safety programs across the business. Also, the Safety Manager will develop, implement, administer, and monitor all programs necessary to assure compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, company safety objectives, and federal and local municipality laws and regulations across the business.
